What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAD Designer position at Insight Global?
As a CAD Designer, your primary responsibilities will be analyzing mechanical requirements and capturing engineering designs within specified time and cost constraints. You will investigate and propose solutions to product or process problems, working closely with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and complete design input for project-level decisions. Throughout the development and manufacturing phases of multiple projects, you will actively engage in mechanical CAD design, utilizing software tools such as SolidWorks. Conducting peer reviews of fellow engineers' work products will be part of your routine, along with evaluating project reliability, safety, and performance.

Pay: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour
