In the role of Civil CAD designer, we'll count on you to assist Project Managers/Project Engineers with:
- Preparation of permit, bid, and construction level drawings.
- Conceptual layouts and use of 3D rendering technologies.
- Performing overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage.
- Performing routine drawing assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or technical school degree.
- 2 years’ experience in civil design with computer-aided software programs.
- A good working knowledge of CAD, construction documents and technical knowledge.
- Proven team player.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- A good working knowledge of grading, topography, and drainage patterns.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus.
- MicroStation and ArcGIS is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
