Client is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to site hybrid out of Louisville, KY or remote:
Must haves:
5 years experience in corporate recruiting
Experience sourcing talent for Marketing, Accounting/ Finance, HR and other related corporate roles
ATS experience
Experience leading a team with direct reports
Strong Excel skills
Experience refining job requirements and working with executive stakeholders
Pluses:
Experience with Oracle’s ATS system
Experience with international sourcing
Day to day:
An employer is looking for a Senior Recruiter in the Louisville, KY area. You will primarily be sourcing and recruiting for the client’s corporate shared services teams in the marketing, accounting/ finance, HR and other related areas. You will work closely with executive leadership on high priority roles and own the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will also delegate roles/ tasks to your other 2 team members and ensure they have the tools they need to successfully fill the roles. Additional tasks will be leading internship initiaitves, career fairs and facilitating related HR tasks.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
