What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Technician position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is seeking a solution-oriented and a skilled Help Desk candidate who has experience within ticketing systems and has a go-getter mentality for one of our clients in downtown Des Moines. This person will be responsible for password resets, supporting network issues, and navigating through web pages for customers. This person will be resolving tickets through email and over the phone. The specific ticketing system they use is Cherwell, but the manager is open to any experience within a ticketing system. This person will also have to sit on-site once the office has returned around October potentially.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
