This role is a long term extending contract that requires 4 days per week onsite in Harrisburg, PA.
Must HAVES:
- 1 years of experience in a Tier I Helpdesk role, providing primarily over the phone support with ticketing systems
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in an enterprise level environment
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Systems
- Troubleshooting 365 Experience
- Excellent communication skills
DAY TO DAY:
An Insight Global state client is searching for multiple tier 1 help desk support technicians. This role will require you to report on-site 4 days a week in Harrisburg, with telework available on Fridays. This technician will be responsible for troubleshooting software, hardware support, password/LAN resets, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365 programs. They must have experience with ticketing systems and phone support. Excellent communication skills are required. This position is a long-term, multi year contract, with extensions.
Compensation:
$15/hr to $19/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
