What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Director position at Insight Global?
Day to Day:
A financial services client based in Atlanta is looking for a HR Director to join their team. This client is currently scaling the entire organization by over 300% and needs a professional and patient HR Director to spearhead the HR department. Currently, they have a Jr. HR Specialist and no HR protocols. This person will come in and help establish programs such as salary benchmarks, promotion timelines, onboarding trainings and continuous trainings and benchmark assessments. This role will be interfacing with the entire organization, have one direct report and report directly to the Owner. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling a company from 50 or less employees and driving the HR strategy and development for the organization. This role will be very hands on and this person will be expected to get into the weeds and lead the entire direction for HR. This company works a hybrid schedule 3 days a week in Buckhead with Tuesday’s mandatory in office.
Must Haves:
- Must have 10-15 years of experience
- Must have 3 years in each role and less than 5 roles on resume
- If less than 10 years of experience, must have MBA
- Must have previously grown teams in organizations from sub-50 team members
- Experience managing international teams
- Experience working in HR for a tech company and built out HR teams
- Experience in talent management systems (HRIS)
- Must be tech savvy
