What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at Insight Global?
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Experience of supporting a global business of about 200 employees-do not want someone coming from a large corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of US HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Experience supporting an international business-company has locations in India & UK they will be supporting
- Personable, with excellent attention to detail, able to communicate at all levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Director of HR, support the development & implementation of the People strategy, drive engagement, motivation & retention
- Whilst you will have responsibility for all day-to-day operational HR duties in US you will be working as part of the global HR team and must be comfortable working across various cultures
- Point of contact for all local employees and line managers, managing full employee lifecycle
- Super-user of the HRIS & ATS
- Guiding & coaching line managers with process, policies & employee development
- Staying current with local employment law, supporting with the development of HR policies & procedures, advising Director of HR on US policy
- Assist with a variety of HR projects – e.g., wellbeing, engagement, L&D, ED&I etc
- Benefit Administration & supporting finance with payroll
- Use of HR Analytics, provide reporting to senior leaders
- Tracking the HR budget, ensuring it stays on target
- Provide support with office management duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
