JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Supervisor to sit on site in Canton, Ohio. The Supervisor will oversee the support service reps who will be working on networking issues on tablets and other technologies in the trucks. They are looking for someone with an IT Support background with leadership experience. They will also be monitoring the team who will be supporting truck drivers who cannot complete certain tasks due to technical issues. They will also be handling application issues, cell phones, internet connections, billing troubleshooting, updates and refurbishing.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
