JOB DESCRIPTION
An employer in the Warren, MI area is seeking a candidate for a contract to hire Logistics Project Coordinator. This candidate will start in the Auburn Hills, MI location and move to the Warren, MI location upon opening of the new plant. This organization will be working hands on with large automotive organizations to provide support of the executives in their outsourced tooling efforts. The ideal candidate would have experience working as a Project Coordinator, high level Admin Assistant or an entry level Project Manager, and have extensive experience with the office365 products with an additional emphasis on Excel utilizing pivot tables, queries, and formulas. This candidate will need to be able to work very independently and work as the right hand to the Regional Director.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
At least three to five years of experience working as a project coordinator to assist with scheduling calendars for travel, shipments and vendor partnerships.
At least three to five years of experience working in a shipping and receiving, the freight industry, or with an automotive organization. a
At least three to five years of experience working with the full suite of O365 products with an increased focus on excel.
