What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter Helper position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is looking to hire a Paint Prep Operations Helper to join their first shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) for a customer in team in Aurora, CO. This customer is an Industrial Engineering company specializing in custom industrial mechanical systems.
The Prep Operations Specialist prepares and masks parts for paint and powder coating, hangs parts on racks, inspects products, maintains equipment and tools, and loads and unloads parts using a forklift (if applicable) .
The Paint Shop Operations Employees must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds of materials safely and efficiently. This is a 6 Month Contract to Hire (permanent after 6 months) and this person is eligible for benefits. This person must be available to pass a background check and drug test. The shift is a 6:00am -- 2:30pm.
The Company is well established in its industry and offers room for advancement. This is a 6 month contract to hire position, and will turn into a permanent position in the next 6 months.
Requirements:
- Reliable and Organized
- Interested in a career in industrial painting
- Experience with Paint prep ops or a similar skillset
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
