Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Job Description
Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, which takes approximately 4-5 days per cycle, including 2.5 days for running payroll and 2.5 days for post-payroll activities. Email and Vendor Management: Answer emails, handle vendor payments, and address inquiries related to payroll. General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile payroll-related accounts in the general ledger. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries. Attention to Detail: Follow a detailed checklist to ensure all payroll information is accurately entered into the system. Reporting and Analysis: Review payroll reports, identify and address any issues, and ensure compliance with all payroll regulations. Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of payroll accounts.
