JOB DESCRIPTION A client of Insight Global is seeking a professional, experienced RN Nurse Manager. The RN Nurse Manager promotes and maintains patients' health and safety by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; directing and developing staff; collaborating with physicians and multi-disciplinary professional staff; providing physical and psychological support for patients, families and caregivers. Day-to-Day: The Nurse Manager will work closely and partner with the Physician, Practice Manager and Director of Nursing in the performance and delegation of nursing duties to provide the best nursing care possible to the surgical patients. In addition to assisting with the care of surgical patients, the Nurse Manager will be responsible for supervising the provision of quality nursing care given at the practice. He/she will be responsible for maintaining the quality and adequacy of nursing practice, coordinating nursing and training programs, and recognizing and assisting in solving problems within established policies and practices. Salary: 115,000-125,000 REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -BSN degree or equivalent experience -Current state RN licensure. -Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) -Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS). -Operating Room and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) 2 years experience required. -Industry experience in Plastics and Aesthetics
