JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to join our global pharmaceutical clients team. The program manager will be responsible for delivery of Physical Security programs.

- Managing the program intake process (can include multiple projects or initiatives)
- Ensuring PMO standards are met and dependencies are monitored and addressed
- Initiates work alignment with the Project Manager, Business Owner, or stakeholders
- Develop program-level performance metrics
- Fulfills Project Manager role as needed for internal security projects
- Provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes
- Ensure that all acquisitions, procurements, and outsourcing efforts address physical security requirements consistent with organization goals
- Participate in monthly PMO review, Quarterly Portfolio Planning, and Annual Planning process
- Participate in additional internal councils and boards for reporting purposes when required
- Lead and oversee budget, staffing, and contracting
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of experience managing programs
- Physical Security experience (access control, intrusion, fire panel)
- Experience managing multimillion dollar projects (10 projects)
- Bachelors degree or 5 years of experience
DESIRED SKILLS
- PMP certification
- Global business experience
- Lean Sigma – training or coursework
- MS project, Microsoft Suite, excel proficiency
