Regional Sales Manager
REMOTE
Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
Hours: 8-4. Manage their own schedules, just have to hit quotas
First virtual – second in person
Salary: Base of 80-90k plus commission, all-encompassing around 140-150k
Permanent Placement
Interview Process: Virtual interview and then onsite in NW Ohio

Must Haves:
- Bachelors degree in business, or related field
- Experience in sales in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in selling CNC machines and / or Waterjet Machines
- Ability to travel 50% of the time – or less. Day trips
Day to Day:
We are seeking a driven and results oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, anda a hunger to chase and close new business opportunities.
Managing their book of business. Managing the dealerships in that area – not cold calling. The client sells their products to dealerships then they sell to end users.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Act as the clients product line expert for dealer and customers in your region
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Manage our dealer networks
