What are the responsibilities and job description for the REMOTE Order Specialist position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is searching for a REMOTE Order Specialist for one of their large telecom customers. This person will join the Public Sector Shared Services team and be part of a new team responsible for validating & scrubbing billing & provisioning inventories from one contract to another following specific workflows. This Order Specialist will be using Excel and other internal tools daily that will allow them to look into the inventories, compare billing to provisioning data, identify discrepancies, then bring those to the account team to confirm the disparity. They will then follow their specific workflow and submit the correct orders for billing. This position is fully remote working Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM EST.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience working in telecom orders, provisioning, or billing
Experience using Excel specifically creating pivot tables and using formulas for selecting large data sets
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Desired Skills
Experience working in telecom billing in the federal space
