What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Coordinator position at Insight Global?
As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day community management on our social media channels, including content creation, posting and scheduling content, managing conversations between followers (comments & DMs), and reporting/analyzing the results to optimize campaign KPIs. You will work closely with customer satisfaction to remain FDA compliant in all content/engagement as well as helpful in answering customer questions. The overarching goal of this position is to effectively connect with our audience and help as many people as possible through sharing information, products, and or resources.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Creation
• Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and upcoming campaigns.
• Create and curate engaging multimedia content for various platforms, including graphics and videos.
• Craft compelling copy for social media posts, captions, and marketing materials
• Use your creative thinking to build assets and copy that speak to our audience, or target audience in the brand’s tone. Design and Production
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other multimedia software to produce high-quality visual content • Design graphics and edit videos that align with brand guidelines
• Optimize content for different social media platforms and formats Social Media Management • Manage and optimize company pages across multiple social media platforms
• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
• Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure campaign performance Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align content with overall marketing strategies
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative concepts and implement campaigns
• Understand that in this role, you are the voice of the brand to the customer and must treat this connection with respect and uphold our company values at all times.
• May be asked to advise or collaborate on Global Healing’s sister brand’s social media accounts.
Desired Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia, marketing, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, X, & LinkedIn, organic platforms.
• 2-3 years experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Ability to understand marketing concepts and strategies in order to craft content in line with campaign KPIs. An obsession with creating impactful social media and video content is a must.
• Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
