A school district in the Houston area is looking for a Technical Support Technician. This person would be responsible for acquiring any hardware that has been set aside for technical trouble, diagnose the issue, submit a ticket and either fix or bring to the administration building for the help desk team to troubleshoot. He or she will be working with Chromebooks, iPads, laptops, printers and more. This will require excellent communication skills with school staff and the technical team that supports the district as well.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week
