What are the responsibilities and job description for the End of Lease Specialist - Material Handling Division position at Insight Investments?
Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming communications:
- Respond to customer and customer service inquiries
- Request and compile information from other departments to facilitate payoff quotes
- Reconcile charges relating to third party sales, equipment sales, deferred maintenance, renewal payments, etc.
- Manage equipment return process
- Prepare termination packages for End of Lease Group and Accounting
- Assist with processing and documenting lease renewals and amendments
- Key contributor for End of Lease reporting needs
- Bill payoffs in the system of record as well as ensure all necessary documents are properly filed
- Update the system of record with various details and values as needed
Qualifications / Education
- 1-2 years of experience in Asset Management, Logistics, Accounting, or Leasing
- Must be a highly motivated individual with high level of initiative and an attitude of willingness
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Professional demeanor/positive disposition
- Must be able to interact with all user levels and clients in both a verbal and written manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical capacity and decision making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree – in a Business concentration or equivalent work experience preferred.
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite, including an advanced level of Excel knowledge
- Advanced MS Excel skills including v-lookups, pivot tables and macros
- Experience with Great Plains preferred
- Knowledge of Lease Wave application a plus
