Insight Therapeutics is seeking a Project Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate would be a strategic thinker who acts with a sense of urgency and enjoys finding solutions to challenges. This person knows how to foster team relationships, enjoys inspiring others to take action, and is considered a leader amongst their peers.
Individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to individuals with experience working in an office environment, such as medical, legal, or engineering. Clinical or medical background is a plus for this role initially, but training is provided for the candidate with the right behavioral skills.
The Project Facilitator reports to the Project Director to manage workflow resulting in the accurate and on-time completion of all project goals and objectives. This is a full-time, salary, office-based position in Norfolk, VA. Working hours are 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday thru Friday. We offer full medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
Degree and Experience
- BS or BA degree, preferably in management
- Minimum of 5 (five) years experience as a team, group, or project lead.
- Successful experience meeting and exceeding goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated experiences in helping others improve job skills.
- Finds satisfaction with being flexible to daily job demands and achieving resolution.
