Business Analyst

Remote role, but candidate must be located in PA, NJ or DE states to attend onsite meetings in Philadelphia couple times a quarter.
6 months Contract-to-Hire
Pay range: $40-$43/hour on W2 based on experience

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Documents functional requirements and process flows, and design documents
- Creates User Stories to align with business needs and define acceptance criteria
- Participates in UAT Testing
- Work within an Agile Scrum environment using Azure DevOps and other tools for managing requirements and project work.
- Consults with Development Leads, Test team and Data Architects to design solutions and speak to the flow of data within the system and how it should be in the database
- Evaluates/research business problems; Creates wireframes to document solution design
- Serve as technical resource for the planning and execution of projects; plan and participate in business requirements, including hands-on functional and technical testing of new or modified systems
Qualifications
- Experience working through full product implementation cycle (analysis, design, testing)
- Systems Analyst in healthcare related industry
- Experience in Agile work environment
- Proficiency with MS-Office applications: Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc, required.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a bonus
- Proficiency with Figma is a bonus
