The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is seeking dedicated RNs to join our team at the Elmer Medical Center in Elmer, NJ. You willperform patient assessments, analyze assessment data, determine priority of care and provide immediate interventions as necessary. You’ll also be relied on to formulate and implement plans of care and evaluate care effectiveness in collaboration with medical staff and in accordance with the policies and procedures of IHN. We have full-time and part-time night shift openings in ER, ICU, Med/Surg, LDRP and Acute Care.

Qualifications:

· Enrolled in BSN or MSN; Completed degree is preferred

· Current New Jersey nursing licensure

· BLS certification, National Certification in area of specialty preferred

· ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire; Dysrhythmia course withing 3 months of hire; Critical Care Course within 1 year of hire; Completion of the Trauma Nurse Core Courses taught by the Emergency Nurses Association within 12 months of initial assignment
