What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Marketing Intern (Multimedia) position at Inspire Brands?
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation: Collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing team to develop multi-media content, including videos, photos, graphics, and animations, supporting our multi-channel strategy to attract and engage prospective candidates.
Video Production: Participate in all aspects of video production, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production, to create captivating recruitment videos and employee testimonials.
Storytelling: Assist in crafting compelling narratives that highlight our company culture, values, and career opportunities to resonate with target audiences.
Research and Innovation: Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in multi-media development, talent attraction, and recruitment marketing to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
Capture the Experience: Capture the Inspire Brands internship experience; partner with Corporate Communications on intern photos/videos; gather intern testimonials.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
Required Minimum: Enrolled in a 4-year college degree, Pursuing a degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Digital Editing, Digital Photography, Video Production, Media Arts, or a related field.
Preferred: Currently a Junior or Senior
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Preferred: Previous video editing or graphic design internship experience preferred; experience in food service industry also a plus
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES:
Experienced in video production (photography skills a plus)
Proficiency in multimedia development tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills, with a passion for visual storytelling and branding.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
Project Management skills
