Description
Summary: RPA Specialist role consists of supporting automation of system tasks by using robotic process automation tools. Additionally, the RPA Specialist will support tasks and projects related to the bank's internal applications and assist the Business Intelligence Manager with reporting needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and facilitation of process design sessions related to robotics process, validation rules and reports.
2. Configuration of RPA process components, including process flows, control objects, exception handling, etc.
3. Analyzing the coding process and design the Robotic Automation solution.
4. Assist in software releases and rollouts and communication to the end users according to the company's Change Management policies and procedures.
5. Build rapport and elicit reporting issues from external and internal customers.
6. Monitor internal application processes to ensure effectiveness of completion.
7. Coding review as necessary to augment and correct internal processes as needed.
8. Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
9. Work with partners and external vendors on software related projects.
10. Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.
11. Perform post-resolution follow ups to help requests.
12. Develop help sheets and FAQ lists for end users.
13. Reinforce SLAs to manage end-user expectations.
14. Perform other duties as needed by Manager. Assist the Service Desk when needed.

" UI Path certification a plus
