Job Description
As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, providing product information, addressing customer concerns, and closing sales opportunities. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building rapport with customers and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Support Residential customers at Front Desk – sales of remotesand parts and troubleshoot customer problems
- Enter new customers, new line items and new PO’s
- Answer phones/Service calls
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree or three years CSR experience
- Construction Industry experience preferably
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
- Highly productive and team-oriented individual
- Must be a self-starter who learns independently, displays initiative and creativity
- Possess excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize to maximize productivity
- Must be able to multitask in a high impact fast paced department
- Must demonstrate flexibility in order to meet needs in a changing environment
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- A skills assessment and aptitude test will be performed for all job finalist
Compensation
- This position offers a salaried, entry-level opportunity, with a standard 40-hour workweek expectation.
