As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising framing, drywall, finish, &/or acoustical ceiling crews throughout commercial projects and report to the Field Superintendent & Project Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining a schedule, safety, customer satisfaction, discipline, and morale. Must show expertise in various disciplines.
Overall responsibility to oversee projects and to make sure the projects are completed per the plans and specifications in an efficient & safe manner while also meeting expected quality standards.
- Minimum 3-5 years of metal framing, drywall, & acoustical ceiling related install experience
- Must be able to read drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontracts.
- Understand procedural documents such as ASIs, RFIs, and submittal processes.
- Lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Climb ladders and scaffolding
- Able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, knees
- Stand for extended periods of time
