HR Data Analyst

• Description:the main focus for this role is Data Validation/ Management of HR employee files stored in HR electronic system – (Onbase)

2 years in HR role.The position hybrid and may require 1 day per week in person at Inventa Tower in Silver Spring

Summary:
In a call center environment, the HR Shared Services Specialist- Data Entry will provide administrative support and coordination to one or more Human Resources functions. Duties include but not limited to enter and maintain data in one or more HR systems and run reports and data analysis to support the HR functional activities.

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
• Strong oral and written communications skills necessary to interact diplomatically and tactfully with diverse groups of people.
• Proficiency with MS Office, HR systems and other computer applications as required.
• Proficiency with data management and analysis.
• Ability to consider multiple variables to determine proper course of action.
• Exercise good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information and situations.

Data Management

• Verify the accuracy of information provided on various HR forms submitted by department managers and perform data entry in the main or ancillary HR systems.
• Perform data audits and corrections to ensure accurate data maintenance in elect.
• Retrieve information and compile reports for management to support the HR functional activities and the manager’s decision making on key matters.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
• Perform basic data research and analysis to ensure proper and accurate response to incoming inquiries.
• Update information contained in HR employee files
• Review data for data deficiencies or errors
• Provide Data entry support across department on an ad-hoc basis.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• HR Data Analyst: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Washington, DC 20010 (Required)
