he IHRS is now offering a sign-on bonus of $500 to full-time employees and $250 to part-time employees after 30-days of employment!
The primary responsibility is to assist adults with intellectual disabilities in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions are available. The base rate is $17.00 per hour and $17.50 after the training period. All training is paid. Applicants must possess a valid PA driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalency.
Job duties include assistance with daily living skills, transportation to appointments and activities, and help with household chores. DSPs administer medications and receive proper training.
Eligible full-time employees receive health care, vision and dental benefits - some health care plans as low as $3/week with free dental and vision; paid time off, including vacation, sick and personal time; and enrollment in the company’s Pension Plan. Employees are paid on a weekly basis and direct deposit is available.
