About the Role
InStride Health is embarking on an exciting period of rapid growth. We are looking for a Director of Marketing to drive strategy, vision, and execution of our marketing efforts as we continue to grow. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with, and manage, external media, marketing, and PR agencies in support of InStride’s goals and objectives
- Oversee InStride’s branding and positioning, both on a local level, as well as nationally
- Create marketing strategy roadmap and execute against that roadmap
- Develop market strategy playbook, tailored to a variety of audiences
- Lead social media strategy and campaigns
- Develop and implement approach for strategic marketing sponsorships and events
- Assume primary responsibility for development, maintenance, and enhancement of all marketing collateral
- Develop KPIs to gauge how effectively InStride’s marketing strategies are yielding intended results in generating new opportunities to share InStride’s story, new referral sources, and new patients to serve. Use findings from these KPI’s to influence go-forward marketing strategies.
- Develop B2B and B2C strategies to support preferred partnerships and patient recruitment
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
- Provide insights on customer and consumer feedback and share with cross-functional teams to feed continuous improvement
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
What You Need to Succeed in the Role
- 5 years experience leading development and implementation of healthcare marketing strategies, both B2B and B2C
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of building strong relationships, and leading both directly and via influence
- Significant attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to use data to drive day-to-day performance
- Deep experience using Office and Google products to produce client presentations, marketing materials, etc.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent knowledge or experience

Salary : $117,000 - $148,000
