Insur-West in Farmington Utah is looking for a a highly motivated employee to join their growing team. As an Account Manager, we are needing someone to provide high-quality support to policyholders and producers by answering policy questions and performing policy changes related to billing, underwriting, and general policy information including certificates. Looking for someone that has their Utah P&C Insurance license, and experience within the property & casualty insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about insurance products, pricing and availability
- Work directly with agents, and underwriters to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
