**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for over-seeing customer accounts, creating relationships with new and existing customers, and providing exceptional service to clients and their employees. We pride ourselves in being a concierge insurance brokerage focusing on the satisfaction of our clients.
**Duties:**
- Manage existing accounts, build strong relationships, and provide excellent customer service to clients and their employees.
- Bring a can-do attitude to work everyday
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets and drive business growth
- Use Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Develop account management strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in excellent customer service with group insurance
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to complete all tasks effenciently and effectively with little to no supervison
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce to manage accounts and track sales activities
