- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
- Understanding our client's needs and ensuring that their needs are met
- Schedule testimonial calls with our clients
- Take care of all inbound customer requests via calls, texts, and emails
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements
Qualifications for Account Managers:

- Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
