Job Summary : The principal function of the Crisis Informatics Coordinator is to help drive improvements in the health and wellness of clients served by Integral Care's Crisis Programs through managing data that informs treatment strategies and interventions.
Tasked with performing advanced data analytical support, the Crisis Informatics Coordinator will be the subject matter specialist for analyzing health data for the purpose of evaluating outcomes and helping organization leaders develop better strategies for healthcare delivery.
The work involves planning, developing, coordinating and implementing data research, analysis, and reporting functions to support program investigations, evaluations and audits.
The Crisis Informatics Coordinator will collaborate with decision-makers to define projects and reporting systems, and will prepare a variety of reports and other deliverables containing sophisticated analyses of service and outcomes data that will help guide business decisions.
Examples of work performed :
- Consults with internal and external customers to identify user needs.
- Queries and compiles data.
- Analyses data using standard statistical tools, methods and techniques.
- Identifies data gaps, errors, anomalies, inconsistencies, and redundancies by analyzing the content, structure and relationships within data.
- Prepares concise reports to present and interpret data.
- Assists in defining, developing, and implementing data standards.
- Assists with developing software applications or programming to use for statistical modeling and graphic analysis.
Education : Required :

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Policy Analysis, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar discipline.
Master's degree preferred.

Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

1-2 years relevant experience in data analytics or evaluation.
Hours : Full-Time.
Workdays : Monday - Friday.
Workhours : 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM.
Salary : $75,733 annually.
