IntegraONE is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team within the greater Pittsburgh region. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales management, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can cultivate strong relationships, coach, mentor and develop sales representatives, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
· Build, lead, and develop a team of quota-carrying and lead generation sales professionals.
· Coach, mentor, and support team members to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
· Demonstrate a passion for the acquisition space and drive the scaling of a new team.
· Foster a high-performance culture and promote professional growth within the team.
· Have a strong player-coach mentality and responsible for managing a book of clients as well as leading a team.
· Own and drive revenue outcomes within the Pittsburgh region.
· Consistently exceed personal and team sales quotas and goals.
· Review weekly forecasts and business outcomes with representatives and sales leaders.
· Stay knowledgeable and up to date on industry changes, and competitive landscapes.
· Translate complex technical benefits into business solutions for clients.
· Assist the team in interfacing with technical and executive-level stakeholders.
Qualifications
· 10 Years in sales or related field
· 5 years managing a team of sales, ISR, or BDRs
· 5 years at a technology VAR or software company or OEM
· Expert knowledge of B2B data center, networking, and security solutions and the ability to translate technical benefits into business solutions.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and forecasting.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
