The ideal candidate will provide confidential counseling services to employees and their families, addressing personal and work-related issues. **Responsibilities:**

• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborate with HR and management on employee wellness initiatives.
• Qualifications:**
• Master's degree in Social Work.
