Job Summary

The PS – Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing project activities to ensure that goals and objective of project are accomplished within prescribed time, budget and agreed upon client outcome. This role is responsible for managing client communications, client expectations, facilitating the completion of project deliveries, and completing follow-up communication on completed projects.


Job Qualifications
, Education, and Experience Requirements


  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Experience Requirements: 0-2 years working in Project Management


Required Role Proficiencies

  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Excellent customer services and communication skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a team
  • Knowledge of PMO methodologies preferred
  • Ability to plan and prioritize to achieve a defined objective
  • Ability to work within a budget and SLA requirements
  • Willingness to pursue continuing education and certifications


Core Job Responsibilities


  • Plan, coordinate and facilitate multiple technical projects with varying clients and staff.
  • Establish work plan and request project resources required for project.
  • Provide outstanding communication and customer services to clients throughout project.
  • Outline project work plans, assign project resources and schedule project tasks.
  • Continually evaluate the progress of on-going projects to ensure cost and time projections align with initial project outcomes.
  • Provide project management support and facilitation to project team resources.
  • Communicate client project responsibilities and how they affect project schedule.
  • Provide clear communication and updates on projects to the team project, client, and management effectively.
  • Follow defined PMO guidelines on proper communication during a project's life including project status, budget, and scope changes.
  • Work with project resources towards project completion by coordinating resources and timetables within departments.
  • Act as the organizational liaison between the project team, vendors, client, and other parties involved with the project to ensure communication and overall success.
  • Use approved PMO documentation and software to manage, communicate and progress projects using PMO approved methodologies and process.
  • Responsible for personal and professional development to ensure continued growth.
  • Provides ownership of the project throughout its duration.
  • Assist in any other projects or tasks assigned by Supervisor.
