Field Specialist/Sales Manager

Integrity Exteriors is looking for self-motivated individuals who are goal oriented and enjoy helping others. We are hiring Field Specialists to assess and diagnose storm damage to residential properties and assist homeowners with the insurance claim process. Field Representatives educate homeowners on the effects of storm damage to their roofing, siding and gutters while also informing them how to obtain replacements of these products for a fraction of the cost. Once these skills are mastered, Field Specialists quickly move into a Sales Manager role.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Conducting exterior home inspections in order to diagnose storm damage to property

- Educating and supporting homeowners on damage and the insurance claim process

- Working with homeowners to understand the benefits of signing with Integrity Exteriors

- Following up on scheduled appointments and maintaining communication with homeowners as well as supervisor

- Working with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) via smart phone app and/or computer

• High school diploma/GED not required
• A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
