Integrity Hospitality Management is currently seeking an organized, welcoming and professional live-in Innkeeper. The innkeeper needs to love people; have a mature personality and a high level of competence. You need the social skills to make people feel welcome and to deal sincerely and effectively with their needs. It’s essential that you’re trustworthy, absolutely dependable and have a passion for keeping things clean. The person must be capable of multi-tasking. Duties include: all guest experiences reservations; welcoming in-person and contactless check-ins/outs; on-site guest communications; managing housekeeping and ensuring impeccable tidiness in our rooms, property and office/lobby. Located in downtown Watkins Glen, NY and directly next to Watkins Glen State Park, our 14 room boutique hotel sits a short walking distance from all the wonderful things Watkins Glen and Western New York has to offer.
