Maintenance Technician
Job Posting for Maintenance Technician at integrity Realty Group, LLC
Medina Village, Westwood Lafayette, Lincoln Crossing
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
on-call every 4-5 weeks
We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our property in top-notch shape. Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our properties.
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.
- Help maintain the property's appearance and amenities.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents.
- Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have own hand tools.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We do not recognize medical marijuana.
