Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Keen eye for detail
- Ensure that all ISO 9001:2015 documents and auditing documents are up-to-date and accurate
- Maintain the quality system and ensure that all processes are in compliance with company standards
- Assist in trouble shooting problems and provide recommendations for corrective actions
- Attend meetings with management to discuss quality issues and provide updates on quality initiatives
- Assist with corrective actions and ensure that all corrective actions are completed in a timely manner
- Work on any other projects assigned by management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvements to the quality system
- Work with respective personnel on creating and improving "work flow" instructions
- Monitor and continuously improve "in-process checks" for all departments
