INTEGRO is looking for individuals to join our team at one of our dealership locations and seeking those who are self-motivated with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. As part of our team, you will be working onsite at one of our automotive dealership locations processing both new and used vehicle inventory, playing a key contributing role in providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
- Prior automotive experience a plus but not required
- 1 years of prior leadership experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Must maintain a clean and organized work area
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Pass drug screening and background check
- Flexible schedule and available weekends/select Holidays
- Proactive, dependable, and trustworthy

Overview of this position's responsibilities:
- Ensures a safe and clean work environment is maintained.
- Creates a functioning schedule for our associates – emphasizing quality & efficiency.
- Supervise and control quality of work produced and work efficiency.
- Ensure department is properly opened/closed daily.
- Ensure all processing tools & equipment are maintained & functioning properly.
- Trains new employees on our standards, processes & procedures.
- Assists to ensure work is completed properly & efficiently.
This position does require frequent movement and getting into and out of vehicles repeatedly during each work shift. Portions of this work may be completed inside or outside under varying climate conditions.

Salary : $45,000 - $58,000
