As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Plans, provides resources for and direct activities in developing assembly/test/board technology for new process/product before transferring to high volume manufacturing, meeting schedules, standards and cost.
Additional responsibilities include:
Manage and/or coach TD architects in pathfinding and technology road mapping for advance/future technology research and development.
Manage a pool of TD engineers and provide technical coaching in developing assembly/test/board technology using technology development methodology and processes.
Work with both upstream, downstream and cross functional key partners to ensure success transfer and ramp of new technology into HVM.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered while identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
9 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
9 years of manufacturing leadership
Must be willing to start within 3 months of receiving an offer
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of manufacturing capacity and process readiness coordination
Strong working knowledge of production science concepts
