Job Description : The Global Dining Program Manager will be responsible for driving the overall program strategy for food and beverage across Intel's global portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the global program strategy / goals, partner with regional teams to execute this strategy, track program performance and lead global program initiatives.
You will drive amazing employee experiences, seek out the developing trends for dining programs (both inside and outside of Intel), and you will drive the efforts to deliver positive value through greater productivity, sustainability, and efficiency.
Responsibilities : Drive the development and execution of the global dining strategyDevelop and document program standards aligned with industry best practice (i.
e., food / nutrition, service offerings, hospitality expectations, design / experience playbook, kitchen equipment standards, etc.
Establish a program governance model to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction, service utilization, service delivery quality and supplier healthTrack and report program financial performanceEstablish program marketing and communication strategyDevelop continuous improvement roadmaps to advance service delivery and employee experienceLead global dining program initiatives (i.

Qualifications : You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or similar discipline.5 years of experience of corporate dining or hospitality as a client liaison / self-operator and / or supplier with deep industry knowledge and expertise.
Preferred Qualifications : Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or similar discipline is preferred.10 years of experience of corporate dining or hospitality as a client liaison / self-operator and / or supplier with deep industry knowledge and expertise.
Culinary skills and knowledge to support the development of best practice food, beverage, and nutritional standards.Experience in managing supplier contracts, relationships, and managing global programs and projects.
PMP or other relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.Experience with : Process re-engineering to eliminate waste and boost efficiencies.
Human-centered design and design thinking methodologies including developing personas, experience mapping, UX journey mapping.
