Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing and maintaining project management systems, tracking progress against plans, developing/publishing metrics and dashboards, performing analysis in the areas of critical chain project management, resource optimization, efficiency, technical indicators, and risk management.
You will work independently with first line through senior management to provide regular analysis and recommendations in all aspects of project management.
A clear understanding of hardware and/or software design is expected to be used to assist engineering managers in building plans and assessing their status.
Candidates must have experience working within a team environment and the ability to perform in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines and multiple deliverables.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or related engineering field with 4 years of experience post degree OR Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or related engineering field with 3 years of experience post degree in all of the following areas:
Managing technical hardware and/or software projects
Technical hardware and/or software engineering experience
Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and/or macros)
Project management software
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with theory of constraints (TOC) methods and tools (i.e. CCPM)
MS Project
PMP or other similar project management certification
