Make high level design choices for the software structure, frameworks, protocols, and algorithms. Determines coding practices, development tools, and validation requirements. Performs pathfinding and surveys technologies. Interacts with multiple technologists in the company and within the industry as well as between developers and project managers to evaluate feasibility of requirements and determine priorities for development
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Solid design and coding skills
8 years of Professional software development experience in C#, C , Python, Java
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms
Strong knowledge of networking and distributed systems is a plus
Ability to work in a team and mentor junior developers
10 years of professional software development experience.
BS or MS or PhD degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Self-starters and highly motivated to make a difference.
