We are looking to hire a Project Manager that can:
Translate long-term business objectives into actionable technology product strategy and an implementation roadmap.
Drive all portfolio decisions including product goals, roadmap, forecasts, and backlog prioritization with customer satisfaction as a key business lever.
Represent the technical group as a strategic partner of an Intel business unit for full stack business process solutions and owns the delivery of portfolio of technical products and capabilities.
Lead the planning phases (proposal, concept, feasibility) for new capabilities to identify high-level technology needs and roadmaps, assess feasibility, and collate customer expectations from the product or capability.
Support engineering teams in making informed workforce and budgeting decisions with software cost, consulting, and transformation investment plans.
May drive a working group of technology product owners to manage portfolio backlog refinement and prioritization, drive cross-team coordination, risk, dependencies, trade-offs, change management, and value realization during the release cycle.
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, and product performance.
Formulates product metrics to track delivery progress, health of the scrums, and measure sustainability, affordability, quality of the work product throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Identify user needs through primary and secondary research, define product requirements, and guides cross functional team to deliver product successfully.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications/recommended skills are in addition to the minimum requirements/essential skills and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 6 years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 4 years of experience -OR- a PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 2 years of experience in:

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, California: $118,860.00-$196,720.00
- Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
