- Day-to-day responsibilities: Review nutrition labels and healthcare claims; Research and identify new ingredients; Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Interpret and communicate scientific literature; Support clinical studies.
- Preferred candidates should have clinical experience such as working as a registered nurse or registered dietitian in a healthcare setting (e.g., hospital, bariatric clinic) or having experience with clinical studies.
- Master’s or PhD in nutrition is preferred
- Bachelor's degree with significant experience and RD certification considered
- Bachelor’s degree: 1-2 years
- Master’s degree: Less than 1 year
- PhD: New graduate or 1 year
- Advanced nutrition knowledge.
