Job Description: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking two experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineers to provide onsite support at our Houston, TX facility. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Polymer Development, Molding, Design, and Machining Materials. You will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure the highest level of efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for polymer-based products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products.
Provide technical expertise in molding, machining, and material selection to ensure optimal product performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
Conduct risk assessments and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and safety.
Prepare and present reports on project status, process improvements, and production metrics.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on polymer development, molding, and machining.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product design.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
