- The position involves managing contracts and statements of work across various procurement categories, both direct and indirect.
- Direct Procurement includes materials such as plastics, chemicals, and packaging - Indirect Procurement includes IT consulting, marketing strategies, and onboarding healthcare professionals for events.
- Strong procurement and contracting knowledge is required for this position.
- Effective negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
- Experience with internal stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with SAP Ariba or Coupa is a plus but not required.
- Day to Day Responsibilities: Managing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and statements of work; Handling procurement for both direct materials (e.g., plastics, chemicals) and indirect services (e.g., IT consulting, marketing)
- Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of contract documents; Engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address procurement needs.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or finance
- Minimum of 4 years of procurement experience.
- Will also consider candidates with 3 years experience if they are excellent and have desired skills.
- Contracting and procurement expertise.
- Negotiation skills.
- Supplier relationship management.
