We are seeking a Research and Development Specialist to join our Manufacturing Science and Technology team. This role is crucial in supporting the clinical and commercial manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, monitor, and analyze process data.
- Manage change control and deviations.
- Write technical documents.
- Support the successful manufacturing and release of batches at internal and external sites.
- Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Data Management and Data Entry/Collection.
- Expertise in Change Management/Change Control.
- Experience as a Data Scientist with strong data gathering and collection skills.
- Working knowledge of Tableau is highly advantageous.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred, with FDA experience being a plus.
