About this Role:

To support its rapid growth, Intellias seeks to hire an experienced Key Account Executive to join our Key Account Management team in North America. You’ll be responsible for helping to strategize, build, and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, while expanding revenue and protecting profitability. You’ll work alongside Intellias’ Delivery organization to help maintain highest levels of satisfaction with customers at every interaction.
This role is a great fit if you have a high degree of commercial experience, understand enterprise environments, able to identify and engage decision-makers including C-suite, can effectively balance your time across multiple accounts, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue growth targets.

Responsibilities:

Role Related Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic and commercial discussions with key customers;
  • Grow customer accounts with profitable margins via upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
  • Build and maintain strong customer-centric relationships with clients while positioning yourself as a valuable business consultant;
  • Negotiate contracts and book revenue with client counterparts in procurement and executive leadership levels;
  • Work in close collaboration with Intellias’ Delivery team to ensure timely and successful execution of our services according to customer needs and objectives;
  • Work closely with sales executives to identify portfolio candidates as deals are won and booked;
  • Help to improve our service offering with lessons learned inside portfolio accounts;
  • Generate customer success stories and referrals from the account portfolio that helps drive new business;
  • Develop new opportunities within client organization, as well as identifying areas of growth within active projects;
  • Assist Delivery in helping with client requests and resolving escalations as needed;
  • Forecast and track key account metrics such as revenue, contribution margin, CSAT and other measures;
  • Routinely develop and present reports about portfolio and account performance (e.g., account plan, results, opportunities, risks, stakeholder sentiment, etc.);
  • Initiate and lead recurring business reviews at the account level, coordinating parties at both Intellias and the client to provide visibility into progress of the cooperation;
  • Hold yourself accountable to promoting team success, deliver high impact results with low ego, lead yourself with a growth mindset and purpose, and have an insatiable desire to learn;
  • Proven record in a B2B customer-facing role, ideally in the IT services outsourcing industry, as a Key Account Executive;
  • Must demonstrate ability to grow enterprise accounts while meeting or exceeding targets;
  • High degree of commerciality, able to understand and analyze market problems within the industries of accounts being managed, in order to identify new revenue opportunities;
  • Communicate, present and influence key internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level;
  • Ability to manage several different stakeholders when priorities may not be commonly aligned;
  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality in customer satisfaction and growth potential;
  • Financial competence and budget management abilities required;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong CRM hygiene and savvy with business applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more.

What We’d Like You to Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in relative Key Account Executive roles with at least 4 years in B2B software and services sales (Offshore Software Development sales is a plus);
  • Undergraduate degree preferably in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar discipline (MBA degree is a plus);
  • Able to effectively work remotely/virtually from your home office as a key member of a geographically distributed team;
  • Willing and able to travel on-demand up to 75% of the time (throughout territory and, on occasion, to office locations in EMEA including HQ in Ukraine);
  • Fluent in writing/speaking English.
